Wallcoverings
Uni Pro Painting installs all types of wallcoverings. Over the years, we have installed everything from standard vinyl wallcovering to acoustical fabrics, veneers and hand crafted materials. Not sure what you’re looking for, or need help finalizing a design? Not to worry, we have interior designers available to make the process effortless. If your project is schedule driven and you need large areas completed quickly, we have the resources and expertise ready to tackle any size job.

Multi-Colored and Textured Coatings
Uni Pro Painting has successfully completed all of the necessary training for the application of today’s finest multi-colored and textured coatings. Additionally, we have invested in the pumps and spray equipment required to apply the various coatings. These systems work great to cover up unsightly walls; they also provide a splatter or knock down texture to smooth ceilings and walls.

Metal Decking
Uni Pro specializes in the preparation and painting of exposed metal deck ceilings. Whether your project is an operating facility or a vacant warehouse, we can help. Our vast experience in preparing and coating metal decking allows us to accurately assess the proper coatings and processes needed to provide you with an excellent result. Not only does a clean, bright ceiling reduce energy costs and create a safer work environment, it raises employee productivity and increases morale.

Industrial Cleaning / Paint and Graffiti Removal
From light pressure washing to high pressure steam cleaning -- we have the equipment and experience. Our self-contained water systems allow us the flexibility to efficiently access areas where a water source is not readily available. Uni Pro Painting has completed the training and mastered the techniques required to operate the Peel-A-Way paint removal system. When abrasive blasting is not an option and the existing coatings must be removed, this environmentally friendly system allows us to remove multiple layers of paint with minimal damage to the substrate.

Transport Commission (OTC) -- VOC Laws
Uni Pro Painting operates its business within the parameters of the OTC’s volatile organic compounds (VOC) laws. On January 1, 2009, a major change swept across the industry regarding coatings specification and implementation in the field. Working in concert with the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America and our suppliers, we were able to make the necessary adjustments ahead of time, which allowed for a seamless transition into a new era of doing business in the industry.
